These luxury apartments in the picturesque neighborhood of Belmont Shore needed a modern face lift. And once again, our client trusted us to get the job done.
These spacious units were completely demoed to allow for a new but empty palette. Plumbing and electrical were updated to bring it up to code as required by the city. We decided to go with a black grey wash hardwood flooring throughout two of the units and in one of the units we left exposed polish concrete flooring; which is currently a huge fad in the design market. Coverall Construction installed new cabinets though out, white in one unit and grey in two, with Quartz countertop (of the same color) in all kitchens. Once again, keeping with the modern element.
A grey-blue paint was applied to the walls; also contributing to the modern look and ‘opening up’ the room. New tiles were applied throughout bathroom floor and within shower. New tubs, toilets, hardware and fixture were added throughout the entire units
Our client was so pleased with this transformation and the time in which we were able to deliver. The units were rented out in a matter of days!!! Please see our before and after pictures for the journey of this fab Reno.
